Konektor's successor, in development
Zoan is Konektor's successor: in-house management software designed to reliably predict market patterns and support running the whole company — not just day-to-day marketplace operations. The foundation is already built; the predictive capability is the project's goal, still in development.
The problem
Konektor runs the day-to-day of a seller portfolio well — sync, listing automation, stock, promotions. But it doesn't reliably predict market patterns, nor does it support managing the business as a whole. That's the gap Zoan sets out to close.
The solution
In-house management software built to succeed Konektor. The security, billing and integration foundation is already in place; on top of it, the project is building predictive capability and a whole-company management view.
Multi-account auth
Multi-account OAuth and webhooks — foundation already built.
Billing
Stripe billing with an idempotent credit wallet.
Session & access
JWT with refresh rotation and MFA (TOTP).
Sensitive data
AES-256-GCM encryption.

A design principle inherited from Konektor
No irreversible write happens without human confirmation. It's the same rite that governs Konektor in production — proposal, approval, execution, reread — applied from Zoan's foundation onward.

Stack & architecture
My role
After taking Konektor to production, I decided to build its successor: I defined Zoan's vision, designed the architecture (NestJS + Next.js) and built the foundation — multi-account auth, billing with an idempotent wallet, session security and encryption. Predictive capability and whole-company management are the next phase.
